All non division leaders, you must go to the following link and apply for your appropriate division. I know this is a bit inconvenient, but if you join the division you will receive several benefits. One is that your division leader will be able to message all of the members with just a few clicks. They will be able to keep track of all the members in which they will be able to serve you. Next you will be aware of all the members in your division as well.
I want to thank everyone for attending the meeting this Saturday. We updated on how the recruiting system should work and how the ranking system should work. I will provide a quick summary of both.
Recruiting:
As always all new members must register on the site. However we will now be adding the automated division system. Anyone that registers on the site must join a division to officially join the clan. They can do so by going to the forums and clicking groups. The division leader will then either accept or deny them. As before, division leaders set the guidelines to who they accept or deny. Anyone that is not in a division is simply a free agent and can roam woon, but they will not be able to participate in events.
Rank:
These have been explained several times but might as well do it again. Every member's initial ranks are decided by their forum posts. Once they reach 150 or so posts they become eligible to join the officer ranks. They must be nominated by their division leaders in order to get to that rank. Then all ranks from then on, they need to be nominated by their division leader. When they reach max rank they can then open their own division and become a division leader them selves.
Next we had some division leader changes. Ki_mkt has resigned from his slot. Infdister has been moved over to take over the Diablo 2 division and Zero will be taking over Brood War. On the Nexon side, USMrine has been promoted to division leader of Nexon. FoxTrod will be taking over for him in combat arms. Combat arms will be sub-dividing into Normal and Elite divisions. Leaders for those are still unknown.
After the meeting the attending division leaders sat down and decided for us what our next move will be. It was decided that when Woon reaches 100 members, we will expand to Counter Strike. Furthermore, we will be getting a temporary Ventrilo server that our clan can use. We will use that server until we can afford our own. More information on Ventrilo in the future.
This meeting will be for all members. It will last roughly one hour. It will be done over msn messenger. We will take suggestions from all members, brainstorm ideas and if necessary change some of the current systems we have in place. The goal of woon is to let the members have a say.
After the public meeting I will have a meeting for all division leaders. I have something new I want to implement and I would like to discuss it. I would also like to discus some of the current systems that we have.
However I do not know what time would be best for people. I will have Thursday, Friday and Saturday off from work. We can do the meeting during any one of the times on one those nights. If you don't mind, please post any time that would be the best for you and what times it would be impossible to make. I would like to have the official time by Wednesday night.
I will not answer any questions about the content of the meeting until the actual meeting. Those who miss it, will give up the privileged to voice their opinions regarding the material we discuss. In other words, please do not blow this meeting off.

As many of you have already found out, woon will be divided into specific divisions. Each division will have a leader and a co-leader. The leader positions have all been filled and the co-leader slots will e left open to allow people to climb higher up the pyramid. Each division will have their own tasks to complete and they will be required. Those that do not wish to complete these tasks will be asked to step down and let someone more qualified take their place.

There are still some people I would like to plug into this chart but I haven't had a chance to talk to them. There will be a mandatory meeting for all division leaders on Saturday 18th at 9 p.m. eastern. Those who cannot attend are required to send me an email at Falcon@woongaming.com by Sunday night. This way I can send you all the information you will need.

As many of you can tell there is now a section for Combat Arms on our forums. We have officially expanded to combat arms. USMarine, serving as the leader of that division and one more member as co-leader will be taking care of that side. We already have a good amount of members and are working on leveling the clan. Hopefully we will get to see many of them on our website introducing them selves.
Well I was looking at the website I got the script from and their free version of the site is at 7.9. Which is a nice jump. Not entirely sure of the new things added but the main reason I would want to do it is because I want to get rid of some of our errors. However there is always a risk. Our database might get wiped and we would all have to re register and re-play the arcade. I can try and back up all the files but there might be errors in that too.
Basically I just want to know if you guys are willing to take the risk and upgrade the site.

As far as the Battle Net side is concerned it will remain relatively the same. People have to edit profile and put their rank and date and who recruited them in there. However they can chose whether they want to change their name or not. We will not allow people to keep their names if they have a tag from another clan however. And in order to start climbing the Warrant Officer Ranks, they will eventually have to change their name.
Now since you don't have to add people to site it will be much easier to recruit people. Just send them to the website and have them register and put forth the effort them selves. There is a very easy system for me to see who is active on the website. The Enlisted ranks will have to be climbed through posting and not just how many days the person has been in the clan.
Just like everything else, this new system is still in the trial process. It will have changes or it might be completely trashed. Any suggestions that people have please post them under the right forum.
Hey guys its Falcon. We had a power outage/surge and my computer got fried. I'm working on fixing it. If you are reading this please spread the word that I'll be back sometime early next week.
As many of you have seen this is a new and fresh looking website. It is still in the beta process so if everyone could register and test every single button you can it would be great. This does not mean post random crap on the forums however.
